Psychedelic Pop Art and Pliés
In the 1990s, the Oregon Ballet Theatre incorporated the work of Oregon artist Tom Cramer as part of an initiative to blend abstract art with traditional ballet. Cramer's vivid, almost psychedelic backdrops and hand-painted costumes formed the visual foundation for the contemporary ballet Jungle.
